Official opening announced

We are teaming up with the tennis and football clubs for the Pavilion's official opening on May 29^th :: three tournaments across three sports across the whole day.

Teams and captains are now confirmed:

Rix’s Renegades (yellow)

Meier’s Mayhem (red)

Owles’ Outlaws (blue)

Mitchell’s Marauders (green)

Please sign up now on Membermojo if you want to be part of the epic T10 tournament (go to the bottom of the 'Visit Store' page and remember to press checkout and then 'free checkout') - rules very similar to the Arundel Castle festival (i.e. retire on 20, max two overs per bowler, etc.). Jon, Rob, Joe and Simon will skipper the four cricket teams and a draft will operate to ensure a good spread of talent from all our teams, senior and junior, male and female. The first two matches will decide who goes into the third place play-off and then the Grand Final.

Just to be clear - you don't get to play in the other sports ... unless you really want to and the scheduling falls in your favour! The winning colour will be the team which accrues the most points across the three tournaments.
